各語言下的 php like strig_tags.

由於在處理網頁內容及HTML內容過濾, 很常需要將部份 HTML Tag 去除.

在 php 中有內建的 strip_tags 非常好用, 不但能去除Tag, 亦可以接受部份 allow tags.
